Our Approach to Returns To provide the best value and reduce our carbon footprint, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Instead of requiring you to post items back to an international warehouse, we focus on providing instant solutions such as full refunds or free replacements.

30-Day Guarantee You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a solution if you are unhappy with your purchase.

How to Request a Resolution To start a request, contact us at admin@habitual-store.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • The reason for your request
  • Photos or videos of the item (required for damage or quality issues)

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Once we verify the issue via photo/video, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement promptly; or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: In these cases, you are not required to ship the item back to us.

Change of Mind If you have changed your mind about a product, please contact us. Because we ship from global warehouses, physical returns can be costly for customers. We prefer to work with you on a solution — such as a partial refund or a discount code for a future order — to ensure you are satisfied without the hassle of international shipping. Please note that your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

Non-Refundable Items The following items cannot be refunded or replaced:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days for any reason. Please contact us at admin@habitual-store.com to exercise this right.

Refund Processing Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the transaction.

Australian Consumer Law Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
