Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

We typically dispatch orders within 1–5 business days. Delivery within Australia usually takes:

  • Standard: 7–14 business days
  • Priority: 5–10 business days

International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update before checking your status.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at admin@habitual-store.com if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at admin@habitual-store.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to find the best solution — whether that's a free replacement, store credit, or full refund.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at admin@habitual-store.com with your order number and photos or videos of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Do I need to return the item?

In most cases, no — we don't require items to be returned to an overseas warehouse. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out for you.

How long does a refund take?

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the transaction.

What if I change my mind?

We understand! Contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution, such as a partial refund or discount code for a future order. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are always protected.

How do you choose your products?

Every product in our store is carefully researched and hand-picked by our team. We look for items that solve real everyday problems at home — without the inflated price tag. If it doesn't pass our test, it doesn't make the cut.

Are your products good quality?

Absolutely. We only stock products we'd use ourselves. Each item is selected based on functionality, durability, and value for money.
